In coaching, the focus is on activating one’s own positive resources, fortifying self-esteem, and exploring new ways to realize positive life-changes. Life values and goals need to be clarified and, if necessary, re-defined. Crisis management and difficulties in private life and in the professional arena will be explored. Seeking a healthy life/work balance inspires personal growth and development.
With coaching, one first identifies and affirms the nature of your positive mental and emotional resources. The critical issues with which you are struggling are evaluated.
