Coaching and Counseling

If you were to return to this sunset one year from today, what would be the changes in your life that you would like to have behind you?

What would you be looking forward to?

Coaching and Counseling first identify and affirm the nature of your positive mental and emotional resources. The critical issues with which you are struggling are evaluated. Hands-on solutions are sought for improving how you deal with distress in your profession, or with a partner, or with family members, friends, or colleagues at work. Counseling also includes the possibility of couples counseling.

Is it time to leap alone off the high dive into cold water?

Where can you find the courage you need?

Psychotherapy

What image would you like to be looking at in your mirror  six months from now?

Where would you now be more genuinely yourself?

What part of you would you like to have begun to move beyond?

Psychotherapy aims to improve coping strategies alleviating emotional and mental distress such as anxiety, panic, or depression. Eating disorders, psychological trauma  and obsessive-compulsive behavior are some of the main focuses of psychotherapy, as are substance abuse counseling which aims to fortify you coping skills with the addictive consumption of alcohol, cocaine, prescription medication and other drugs.

Psychotherapy also aims to improve communication and understanding with children and adolescents, life-partners, managers, and also your friends. And where there are few changes to be made, psychotherapy helps you find constructive means to accept and “let go of” issues and expectations that you cannot influence.

Coaching, Counseling and Psychotherapy Services:

IN COACHING, the focus is on activating one’s own positive resources, fortifying self-esteem, and exploring new ways to realize positive life-changes. Life values and goals need to be clarified and, if necessary, re-defined. Crisis management and difficulties in private life and in the professional arena will be explored. Seeking a healthy life/work balance inspires personal growth and development.
